Garden Court

Garden Court, Pembury near Tunbridge Wells was acquired in 2019 as a planned two-phase project. Six derelict housing association properties were refurbished and modernised for affordable private renting.

Subsequently, two additional 2-bedroom flats were added, designed to meet modern energy standards.  The unique feature of Garden Court, as the name suggests, is that each flat has the benefit of a private outside space, as well as use of the shared gardens that provide an attractive setting.

Subsequently the planning application was made and granted for two additional flats, designed to meet modern energy standards.
