This small unit scheme is home to 17 independent companies in sectors as diverse as Freight Forwarding (by land, sea and air) to suppliers of coffee bean roasters, joinery and motor trade.

The Estate is actively managed to maintain its popularity with local occupiers.  A gated compound with concrete surface and drainage, secured with palisade fencing has been added to facilitate the expansion of one of our long standing tenants.  A rolling program of maintenance and improvement is continuing since the estate roads and parking areas were resurfaced.
