Kentstone acquire residential refurbishment opportunity

August 2019 – Kentstone’s latest move to refresh their residential portfolio has been the purchase of a purpose built block of 2 Two Bedroomed and 4 one Bedroomed flats at Pembury on the outskirts of Royal Tunbridge Wells.

The flats are currently undergoing a programme of full refit and will be offered in the private rented sector in March 2020 

Completion of the project will mean the Company have added 21 new or newly remodelled units to the Market in the last 3 years.
